For sale

Ethanol Sensor Interface (aka ESI) is entirely for sale, C++ code for ESP32 card plus PCB design and list os required components to build modules, all is for sale, please reach me for more details.

What means ESI ?

Ethanol Sensor Interface (aka ESI) is a plug and play "In-Car Electronic Ethanol measurement kit" coupled with its own Android application to bring the ability to read exactly the amount in percent of fuel mix running in my car's fuel flow system.

This kit ...

  • Reads the car's Ethanol current mix going from tank to the fuel injectors ramp.
  • Reads the fuel temperature also .
  • Uses Bluetooth© BLE and SPP technology to communicate with Android aplication
  • Have an HTTP embedded server via Wifi© to correct ECA values (if necessary)
  • Optional support for external arduino QLED display 128 x 64 pixels.
  • ... and more to come.

Strong 3M double side foam tape to avoid drilling to fix.

Black wire taps into chassis ground.

Red wire taps in the car's fusebox, taps in an ACC+ fuse with the provided fuse tapper device.

ESI WIRE HARNESS (3 wires with GM plug) runs directly from ESI-BOX to ECA sensor.

Embeeded 240 Mhz dual core processor with wifi© and bluetooth© capabilities (UPESY exclusivity).

... and the magic is done.

Why I created Ethanol Sensor Interface ?

I was wondering about use ethanol to raise the power of my car's engine and get the lowest cost possible at fuel pump.

My mapper provides me a map capable of handling ethanol / unleaded gasoline mix respecting my engine limits.

That's why I created Ethanol Sensor Interface, because is up to me to keep the exact Ethanol / unleaded fuel mix. With this kit, I can take control of the current in-tank mixture.

  • I can avoid serious engine damage due to incorrect mixture
  • Very Easy to install and setup
  • Monitor my mix in real time
  • Check my current mix afer filling-up my car's tank
